When it arrives

Items in stock leave within 24 hours on working days and arrive in 24 to 72 hours. Items made to order show their own delay on their page.

What it costs

Free from €200, and €7.90 below that. Bulky items such as water heaters, radiators and shower trays may cost more; you see the amount before you pay.

Where we deliver

To any address you give us: home, business or building site.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an unused product in its original packaging. Tell us and we send you a return label; we refund you as soon as it is back with us.

Something wrong?

If a product arrives damaged, send us a photo within seven days and we replace it.
